In October 2024, Hope IT offered a new AI course, which we call “AI and Aliens”, focusing how to use OpenAI’s ChatGPT. We use the word “Aliens” as AI is not human at all…it is something completely different.
This is a hands-on course, and we try out a lot of different prompts. We ask AI questions, and explore what this all means for us individually, and as a society.
Students will come away with new skills, and definitely be much more familiar how to use the ChatGPT powerful tool. We also asked ChatGPT to create a picture of minions, having fun in the city, with one of them flying. See the below picture that was returned/created. What else can ChatGPT do?
Our Scriptural reflections are on range of topics, like wisdom, praying (making requests to a powerful source), and asking questions on faith.
